- regularly lift and move supplies and equipment up to 75 lbs

Job Duties
- perform all necessary maintenance and cleaning on all grounds parking lots apartments office laundry facilities community restrooms and common areas including vacuuming sweeping mopping dusting and glass cleaning
- implement the preventative maintenance schedule
- report building damage and vandalism unusual circumstances and conditions and other related incidents in writing to the community leader
- monitor site lighting and report problems
- maintain records as required
- remove trash as required
- maintain adequate stock levels of janitorial sanitation supply
