Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must have valid driver's license
- able to pass criminal background check
- able to pass motor vehicle record check
- able to pass drug screening
- minimum one to three months related experience or equivalent
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- basic knowledge of general cleaning
- ability to read, write and understand English
- customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license
- able to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening
- one to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of basic general cleaning
- ability to read and write standard English
- ability to comprehend and write simple instructions and correspondence
- effective communication in one-on-one and small groups
- ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- ability to understand applicable rates depending on time passed
Job Duties
- Clean guest entrances and elevator landings each shift
- empty ash urns and trash receptacles as needed
- sweep litter and cigarette butts in common areas
- use mop or power washer for stain removal
- wipe signage and way finding materials
- maintain general garage cleaning including around vehicles
- wipe equipment such as gates and card readers
- empty guest key receptacles
- perform power washing on garage entrances and exits
- carry out general landscaping and snow removal
- assist guests with directions and inquiries
- maintain guest confidentiality and security of information
