Job Requirements
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- Ability to safely climb and work from a 6-foot ladder
- Ability to work in wet, humid, and cold environments
- Strong organizational skills to follow cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Willingness to participate in safety training and adhere to company safety policies
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 facility
- Must be able to work around various chemicals and follow prescribed use in a safe manner
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs

Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors in all designated areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, cafeteria, offices, stairwells, and production areas
- Clean and sanitize furniture, shelves, work surfaces, walls, baseboards, and high-touch areas such as light switches, door handles, and railings
- Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and countertops
- Restock hand wash station supplies such as soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towels
- Remove trash and replace liners in all waste receptacles, ensuring proper disposal and adherence to recycling guidelines
- Clean glass surfaces including windows and mirrors
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers
- Ensure completion and sign-off on assigned cleaning tasks to verify compliance with cleanliness standards
