Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning or maintenance roles
- strong communication skills
- reliable transportation to and from work sites
- willingness to work assigned hours
- ability to perform physical demands of the job including kneeling, squatting, lifting, carrying, reaching and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Responsible for basic cleaning
- clean, disinfect and restock bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
- empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
- sweep, mop and vacuum floors in all areas
- operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers and vacuum cleaners
- follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- perform additional tasks as required including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills and cleaning work related to trash and bathrooms
