- Ability to work a full-time schedule
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Flexible availability including on-call rotation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of community buildings and grounds
- Perform upkeep of pools and common outdoor areas
- Assist with removal of trash and debris
- Respond promptly to community maintenance requests
- Support the team with special projects as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Ensure curb appeal is consistently high
