Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year related job experience
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Basic knowledge and use of tools and equipment for custodial, janitorial, trash management, concrete surface cleaning, light carpentry, landscaping and general labor
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work occasional overtime and on-call as required
- Can safely use various maintenance tools and machinery

Job Duties
- Perform custodial and janitorial duties in common areas, buildings, and surrounding property
- Vacuum and clean carpets, sweep and power wash courtyard, sidewalk, stair and elevated walkway surfaces
- Routinely wipe down interior building features such as doors, handles, walls, trim, elevators and handrails
- Remove and manage trash throughout the residential property, ensuring proper separation of recycling, landfill, and compost trash
- Support special collections for disposal of electronics and large household items
- Perform maintenance and repair items including small painting projects, door and window repairs, lighting upkeep, and small carpentry projects
- Assist General Manager and other staff with landscaping projects, emergency repairs, plumbing problems, and miscellaneous renovations
- Ensure safe operation of tools and equipment and maintain a clean and safe working environment
