Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- high school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or equivalent education and experience
- knowledge of basic general cleaning
- able to read and write English
- able to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- able to write simple correspondence
- effective communication skills
- ability to understand time and rate systems
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of basic general cleaning
- able to read and write standard English
- able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- able to write simple correspondence
- effective presentation skills for one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- clean all guest entrances and elevator landings each shift including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles
- use mop or power washer to remove stains and wipe signage and pay stations
- maintain garage cleanliness including sweeping debris around vehicles and power washing pillars
- wipe signage and equipment at garage vehicular entrances and exits
- empty returned guest key receptacles and power wash garage entrances and exits as needed
- assist guests with directions and inquiries providing friendly and helpful service
- protect guest confidentiality and maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
