Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • One to three months related experience and/or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of basic general cleaning
  • Must be able to read and write standard English
  • Must be able to effectively present information to guests, clients, and other employees

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Effective presentation of information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
  • Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances/elevator landings in the entire garage including emptying ash urns and trash
  • Use mop or power washer to eliminate stains and wipe signage and pay stations with appropriate cleaning solutions
  • Maintain general cleaning of garage including sweeping debris around and between vehicles, using paint safe solutions or power washer on pillars and columns
  • Wipe signage and wayfinding materials at garage entrances and exits and clean equipment such as gates and card readers
  • Empty guest key receptacles at garage exits and return to MOD, power wash entrances and exits as needed
  • Assist guests with directions and inquiries, providing information about surrounding areas and main attractions
  • Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
