Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- One to three months related experience and/or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Must be able to read and write standard English
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings in the entire garage including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles
- Use mop or power washer to eliminate stains and wipe signage and wayfinding material
- Maintain general cleaning of garage including debris removal around and between vehicles and stain elimination on pillars and columns
- Wipe all signage and way finding materials at vehicular entrances and exits and clean equipment such as gates and card readers
- Empty all returned guest key receptacles at garage exits and return keys to the manager
- Assist guests with directions and inquiries and provide information about the surrounding area
- Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA and maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
