Job Duties
- maintaining a clean and groomed appearance in all common areas including bathrooms community rooms and hallways
- performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping vacuuming shampooing rugs stripping washing and waxing floors cleaning glass surfaces and fixtures
- assisting with exterior maintenance including shoveling and sanding walkways and stairs sweeping and lawn care beyond contractual obligations
- preparing apartments for turnover in accordance with established guidelines
- cleaning and maintaining community buildings laundry rooms office spaces maintenance shops and surrounding grounds
- daily collection and disposal of debris throughout the property
- cleaning parking lots and dumpster areas to ensure a neat appearance
- assisting the superintendent with basic maintenance repairs
- promptly reporting any health safety or environmental concerns to management
- assisting the superintendent with all other duties as requested
