Job Qualifications
- Experience in a kitchen support position within a similar environment
- Ability to learn and follow sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of food safety standards
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Additional languages preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Consistently support a culture of enlightened hospitality
- Display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and high integrity performance in ware washing and facility maintenance
- Work with the kitchen team to keep cookware and storage containers in good condition and properly stored
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures for sanitation duties and cleaning schedules
- Partner with kitchen team for efficient station turnover and shift breakdown
- Perform additional responsibilities and other duties as assigned to support team and operational success
