Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a kitchen support position within a similar environment
  • Ability to learn and follow sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Additional languages preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Consistently support a culture of enlightened hospitality
  • Display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and high integrity performance in ware washing and facility maintenance
  • Work with the kitchen team to keep cookware and storage containers in good condition and properly stored
  • Learn and follow standard operating procedures for sanitation duties and cleaning schedules
  • Partner with kitchen team for efficient station turnover and shift breakdown
  • Perform additional responsibilities and other duties as assigned to support team and operational success
