Job Requirements
- Previous custodian or porter experience in food and beverage or retail preferred
- Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds including overhead
- Ability to stand or walk for an 8-hour shift with a half-hour break
- Ability to walk up and down stairs in some locations

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store including customer areas, restrooms, and workspaces throughout the shift
- Sweep floors and sidewalk, mop, and dust areas where needed
- Communicate maintenance issues to leaders and management
- Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, trays, baking tools, and other supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bakery displays and equipment
- Empty trash in bathrooms, workstations, and customer-facing areas throughout the day
- Lead with curiosity and compassion by showing care for co-workers and building meaningful connections
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure cleanliness in the store
- Facilitate open, clear, and timely communication with team members and management
- Assist in restocking and organizing inventory according to guidelines
- Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring proper storage of dry and refrigerated goods
- Support daily operations including light food preparation and packaging as needed
