Job Duties
- Providing prompt, friendly, attentive service while ensuring that each guest has a delightful experience
- Safely transporting our guests in style to their destination
- Being an ambassador of arrival
- Having an extensive knowledge of all things Greensboro including our hotel services, travel directions, recommendations regarding shipping, dining and entertainment
- Establishing and maintaining hotel and guest relationships
- Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times
