Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing
- knowledge of safety and risk management practices

Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- change all locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
