Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Commitment to safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license required for operating golf carts on property
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- transfer trash to dumpster or storage
- clean and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by supervisor or community manager
- assist make-ready specialist in turn process
- Change all locks according to property policy
- ensure pool area gates comply with safety codes
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- Demonstrate customer service by treating residents respectfully and addressing maintenance complaints
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies, attend safety meetings and complete required training
- Report accidents and incidents promptly and accurately
