Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the office including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area such as emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
- Maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs starting
- Clean customer vehicles inside and out after repair completion
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for additional repairs
