Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Ability to handle resident issues professionally
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting heavy items
- Availability to work 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule
- Commitment to attend training and staff meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or property maintenance preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing regulations beneficial
- Ability to perform physical tasks including moving heavy equipment
- Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic
Job Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Handle resident issues efficiently and professionally
- Deliver notices to residents as directed
- Maintain building and grounds appearance as assigned
- Assist with preparation and touch-ups of vacant units
- Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters and appliances
- Maintain care and inventory of property supplies and equipment
- Adhere to company policies and OSHA safety standards
- Complete assigned training and attend staff meetings
