Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands
- ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms
- availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
- reliable attendance and participation at company functions
- beginner computer and internet knowledge preferred
- ability to use on-site resident management software preferred

Job Duties
- Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
- assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
- complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
- organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
- present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
- complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
