Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment in accordance with safety standards
- Good communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
- High school education or equivalent is preferred
- Accurately perform basic mathematical functions
- Beginner computer and internet knowledge preferred
- Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through continuing education programs
Job Duties
- Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
- Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
- Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
- Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
- Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
- Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
