Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment in accordance with safety standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to company core values of innovation, teamwork, excellence, and empowerment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
  • High school education or equivalent is preferred
  • Accurately perform basic mathematical functions
  • Beginner computer and internet knowledge preferred
  • Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through continuing education programs

Job Duties

  • Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
  • Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
  • Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
  • Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
  • Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
  • Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
