Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in maintenance/make ready or related fields
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties

Assure that all exterior walks and stairs surrounding the buildings are free of hazards
Assist in maintaining all storage and maintenance shops
Clean rooms, offices, laundry facilities, hallways, lobbies, lounges, bathrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other assigned areas
Check the common areas, parking lots, trash enclosures, playground areas, pool areas and other related areas for cleanliness throughout the day
Transport trash to disposal areas
Replenish bathroom supplies, replace light bulbs, use a broom, mop and carpet cleaning machine
Operate a blower and high pressure hoses to assist in cleaning walkway, stairways and parking areas as assigned
Assist in trashing out vacant apartments
