Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting and standing for long hours
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid work authorization for the United States
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment used to perform job duties
- Experience cleaning multifamily residential buildings preferred
- Able to follow directions and handle projects
- Able to complete tasks on time
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance
- Dexterity and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Available to work on weekends if required
Job Duties
- Clean the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and property common areas on a defined schedule
- Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy
- Maintain overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image including cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, and public areas
- Provide world class customer service by addressing resident concerns and maintenance needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Report maintenance problems to the supervisor
- Assist with inventory control
- Perform job duties using safety guidelines and report any obstacles to doing so
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Occasionally visit other property locations when required
