Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to read maps and follow directions for assigned routes
- Must pass and maintain drug-free status pre-employment and random testing
- Ability to safely operate a pickup truck and perform physical labor
- Physical requirements: ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive a company-provided pickup truck to multiple stops along a scheduled route
- Perform litter pickup along highways and commercial properties
- Maintain and clean retail properties including sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas
- Use a leaf blower to clear sidewalks and other outdoor areas
- Replace trash bags and inspect properties for maintenance issues
- Complete assigned tasks within the designated time frame
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure equipment is used correctly
