Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months experience in cleaning or porter duties
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment
- Capability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills to engage courteously with customers
Job Qualifications
- Six plus months prior experience as a porter, custodian, cleaner, or similar role
- Outstanding attention to details
- Ability to remember regular customers' names and make them feel special
- Ability to learn how to operate industrial cleaning equipment
- Ability to spend long hours on feet, carrying/moving items and using cleaning equipment
- Quick to take action or report anything out of place
Job Duties
- Vacuum, wash floors, clean mirrors and glass surfaces, dust furniture and equipment
- Dispose of garbage in compliance with recycling requirements
- Restock restroom supplies and notify relevant party if new stock needs to be ordered
- Organize and store equipment that is out of place
- Report any losses or damages that need to be repaired
- Clean fitness equipment following specified protocol to ensure machine maintenance
- Organize amenity space before and after fitness classes and/or events
