Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in kitchen support roles preferred
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- English fluency preferred
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Capability to lift and handle heavy pots and pans

Job Duties
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and care for guests and food safety through ware washing and facility maintenance duties
- Work with the kitchen team to keep all cookware and storage containers in good shape and returned to storage areas properly
- Learn and retain standard operating procedures for all sanitation duties while following a timeline and cleaning project schedule
- Partner with kitchen team to promote teamwork and efficient excellence in station turnover and end of shift breakdown
