Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends
  • capacity to perform light housekeeping and outdoor maintenance
  • valid driver's license preferred
  • ability to lift moderate weights
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • flexibility with work schedule
  • ability to respond to emergency situations promptly

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures

  • reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • maintains facilities are kept clean, organized and in good repair
  • refill and tidy clubhouse beverage service station
  • clean community vehicles on a weekly basis and as needed
  • check the bathrooms for cleanliness regularly and restock toilet paper or other supplies as necessary
  • assists in setting up mini models and ensuring units are clean and tidy for daily showings
  • empty trash cans and doggy stations throughout the property
  • work with maintenance supervisor to ensure resident service requests and concerns are handled in a timely manner
  • may complete chlorine check as scheduled and requested
  • check the pool regularly for leaves and other debris and use skimmer to remove debris
  • straighten and clean pool furniture as needed throughout the day
  • check the level of the pool water periodically and add water if levels are low
  • perform on-call emergency service as required
  • walk ready units daily and use spiff kit as needed to maintain a clean unit
  • maintain open communication with property manager
  • represent company in a professional manner at all times
  • attend and participate in training seminars as requested
  • assist other staff members as needed
  • deliver various communications to residents as needed
