Job Requirements

  • high school graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • positive attitude and be customer service friendly
  • ability to navigate technology with ease
  • passion for the Subaru brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • multi-tasker and ability to work independently
  • professional in appearance and communications
  • strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • previous dealership experience a plus

Job Qualifications

  • operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions

  • effective interpersonal communication skills
  • acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Job Duties

  • greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs
  • move and work with vehicles to maintain display and support sales activities
  • deliver vehicles and assist shuttle driver as required
  • thoroughly clean and maintain all vehicles
  • monitor tire pressure of vehicles, add air and fuel as needed
  • recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management
  • maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot
  • run miscellaneous errands for the store
