Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- positive attitude and be customer service friendly
- ability to navigate technology with ease
- passion for the Subaru brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- multi-tasker and ability to work independently
- professional in appearance and communications
- strong attention to details and organizational skills
- valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- previous dealership experience a plus
Job Qualifications
- operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- professional appearance and work ethic
- effective interpersonal communication skills
- acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
Job Duties
- greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs
- move and work with vehicles to maintain display and support sales activities
- deliver vehicles and assist shuttle driver as required
- thoroughly clean and maintain all vehicles
- monitor tire pressure of vehicles, add air and fuel as needed
- recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management
- maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot
- run miscellaneous errands for the store
