Job Duties
- Believe in and follow all employee handbook standards and expectations in managing two or more team members
- focus 100% on I am Louie and Louie's House Rules
- punch in and report to manager on time and in full uniform for every shift
- obtain manager's approval before punching out and leaving the work area
- perform porter setup, opening duties, side work, and closing duties
- follow direction from management team
- work efficiently, assertively, and in a friendly manner
- adhere to cleaning checklists
- maintain grocery store organization and cleanliness standards
- alert management regarding safety hazards, sanitation issues, and repair and maintenance needs
- follow all MSDS regulations
- follow safety precautions and standards with all equipment
- adhere to safety standards and wear proper safety wear such as gloves and protective glasses as needed
- use common sense
- maintain Bar Louie safety and sanitation standards in all duties
- always be a team player
- maintain clean-as-you-go standard
- look for opportunities to establish team-dependent needs
- pass general information quiz and department tests with 90 percent or higher
- take breaks in compliance with Bar Louie standards and local and state laws
- keep a clean and professional appearance at all times
- perform other related duties as assigned by management
