Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Capable of continuous physical movement including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
Ability to use both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
Ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Available to work Monday to Friday day shift 30-40 hours per week
Willingness to work overtime and extended hours as necessary

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, general maintenance, or janitorial work is a plus
Working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance
Familiarity with hand tools and cleaning equipment
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
Basic computer skills needed to perform job functions

Job Duties

Maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas of the property including interior common areas
Assist with trash removal after move-outs
Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
Keep work areas and maintenance shops clean and organized
Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
Post community notices and communications as applicable
Perform other duties as assigned
