Job Requirements

Two years of previous janitorial experience preferred
Ability to work full-time schedule with varied hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Willingness to wear uniforms and use provided safety equipment
Ability to follow hygiene and sanitation standards
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards
Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures
Good physical stamina for lifting and moving supplies
Effective communication skills to work in a team environment

Job Duties

Ensure tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned and floors are cleared and swept during peak service times and prepped prior to service
Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils from front of house to kitchen using trays, bus tubs or carts
Wash dishes, glasses and pots
clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards
Scrape and rinse food from dishes, wash by hand or load into dishwashing machines ensuring complete cleanliness
Keep display equipment clean, free of debris and compliant with safety and sanitation standards
Help receive heavy deliveries and transport to storage areas observing safe lifting standards
Perform other assigned duties
Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
Maintain personal commitment to safety of self and others
Abide by company policies and procedures regarding safety gear and proper lifting techniques
