Job Requirements

Minimum of one to two years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience including plumbing, electric, carpentry, appliance repairs
demonstrated strong guest service skills
energetic, self-motivating and can do positive attitude
high-level cleanliness and presentation standards
must have reliable source of transportation for required on-call rotation and community emergencies
availability to work full-time schedule of Sunday through Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm with on-call rotation

Job Qualifications

Minimum of one to two years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience such as plumbing, electric, carpentry, appliance repairs
demonstrated strong guest service skills

high-level cleanliness and presentation standards
reliable source of transportation for on-call rotation and emergencies
ability to work full-time schedule Sunday through Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm with on-call rotation

Job Duties

Clean designated assigned amenity spaces and indoor/outdoor areas
troubleshoot/repair resident service requests including appliance repair, HVAC repair, plumbing and electrical
maintain community exterior maintenance and presentation including watering flowers, leaf clean up, breezeway cleanliness, trash pick-up
assist maintenance with suite turnover and work requests including changing light bulbs, painting, caulking, shampooing carpet, furniture placement, replacing HVAC filters
maintain maintenance coverage after hours on an-call rotation schedule
respond to community emergencies such as flood, fire, power loss
perform snow removal to keep community clear and accessible
