Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • Must be physically capable of moving about to accomplish tasks on flat and uneven terrain
  • Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, ramps, step stools
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing 100+ lbs
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night hours for on-call emergencies
  • Ability to operate motor vehicles or golf carts
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions including exposure to hazardous chemicals

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Community maintenance
  • Regular daily onsite attendance is required
  • Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all interior and exterior community common areas
  • Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
  • Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
  • Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
  • Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
