Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- Basic computer skills required
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Must be physically capable of moving about to accomplish tasks on flat and uneven terrain
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, ramps, step stools
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing 100+ lbs
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night hours for on-call emergencies
- Ability to operate motor vehicles or golf carts
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions including exposure to hazardous chemicals
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow safety protocols and promote safe work practices
- Strong communication skills for reporting and coordinating with the maintenance team and management
Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- Regular daily onsite attendance is required
- Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all interior and exterior community common areas
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
- Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
- Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
