Job Requirements
- Entry level
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Full range of motion with upper and lower body including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to use both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills/knowledge to perform job functions
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of exterior grounds and interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs
- Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communication
- Perform other duties as assigned
