Job Requirements
- lifting up to 50 pounds
- full range of motion with upper and lower body including standing walking bending stooping crawling and climbing stairs
- ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- push or pull items and reach overhead
- operation of a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- exposure to all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- previous knowledge of grounds maintenance landscaping or general maintenance janitorial experience is a plus
- working knowledge of basic interior exterior maintenance hand tools and cleaning equipment
- basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- basic computer skills knowledge required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property including interior common areas
- assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
- maintain trash chutes, trash compactors, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
- ensure overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops
- assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area if needed
- post notices to vacate and other community communications if applicable
- perform other duties as assigned
