Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or facility upkeep is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform continuous physical activities including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, climbing stairs
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance
- Landscaping experience
- General maintenance experience
- Janitorial experience
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of hand tools and cleaning equipment
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property including interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
- Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
- Organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communication if applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
