Job Requirements
- lifting up to 50 pounds
- full range of motion with upper and lower body
- continuous movement including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling and climbing stairs
- ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- operation of a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- exposure to all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping or general maintenance and janitorial experience is a plus
- working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment
- basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- basic computer skills and knowledge required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas plus interior common areas
- assist with trash outs after move-outs
- maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
- organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- post notices to vacate and other community communications
- perform other duties as assigned
