Job Requirements
- Entry-level position
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- full range of upper and lower body motion including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- ability to use both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- basic computer skills
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, and/or general maintenance or janitorial experience is a plus
- working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
- basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- basic computer skills and knowledge required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas of the property plus interior common areas
- assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
- maintain areas including trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- post notices to vacate and other community communications if applicable
- perform other duties as assigned
