Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to perform continuous movement including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling and climbing stairs
- ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- ability to work in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus, working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment, basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus, basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable, maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters, maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops, assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area, post notices to vacate and other community communication, perform other duties as assigned
