Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- basic communication skills in English
- ability to read and write English
- ability to lift 50lbs
- ability to work in physically demanding environment involving bending twisting and standing up to 8 hours
- willingness to comply with GMP requirements
- willingness to work in environment exposed to powders chemicals and allergens
- successful clearance of drug screening per federal guidelines

- basic knowledge of tools strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- remove trash from all office and public areas
- dust all office space equipment and furniture including drinking fountain and glass doors
- maintain and disinfect all restrooms and locker rooms
- perform weekly cleaning of the parking lot including picking up trash and sweeping entrances
- clean warehouse floor with tenant machine
- handle basic facility requests such as changing light bulbs unclogging toilets and snow removal
- comply with company policies and procedures and maintain regular work attendance
- perform all other duties and projects assigned
