Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs constantly
- Availability for emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical condition

- Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining company standards
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment between 1 and 75 lbs as needed
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property including grounds, swimming pools and spas, parking lots, breezeways and common areas
- Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety of amenities at all times
- Assist in the unit turn process by removing items left by previous residents
- Deliver notices, manage trash removal, and promptly address debris or hazards on the property
- Work independently while following company standards and demonstrating attention to detail
- Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed
- Support the team with other duties as needed to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards
