Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or porter role is a plus
- Ability to work morning shifts from 4 AM to 10 AM
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to adhere to restaurant safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management

Job Duties
- Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant
- Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
- Put food order away, rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area
- Monitor shelf life and code dates
- Maintain a working knowledge of the operation of restaurant equipment
- Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
