Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs regularly
- must keep property, management office, and landscaping clean
- must clean mail rooms regularly
- must replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways
- must assist with apartment make-readies
- must clean pool area
- must perform light painting duties
- must assist Service team members as requested
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year related experience
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
- may require valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Lift 80-100 lbs regularly
- keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting daily and picking up trash
- clean mail rooms including picking up trash and sweeping floors
- replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways
- replace first floor window screens upon request
- assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, and appliance and smoke detector checks
- clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
- install, move, and hook up appliances
- replace air filters in occupied apartments as scheduled
- clean pool area including hosing down and trash removal
- perform light painting duties as directed
- clean vacant apartments between residents
- assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested
