Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- at least 1 year of porter or ground maintenance experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- capable of walking property grounds for extended periods
- able to work in outdoor elements
- frequent bending, stooping, and reaching required
- strong commitment to safety
- valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous porter experience preferred
- knowledge of property maintenance
- ability to safely use tools and equipment
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain property grounds
- identify maintenance issues
- conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA standards
- support maintenance staff with routine tasks
- ensure walkways, hallways, and entryways are clean and presentable
- repair fencing, patios, and light fixtures
- maintain good housekeeping throughout the site
