Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in warehouse cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -10°F
- capability to stand, walk, and lift as required for job duties
- ability to follow safety protocols
- able to work full time Monday through Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- certification in warehouse cleaning or related field advantageous
- knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and proper handling procedures
- ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and prioritize tasks effectively
- ability to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- attention to detail and proactive approach to cleanliness
- strong communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with warehouse staff
Job Duties
- Execute regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing throughout the warehouse facility
- adhere to strict sanitization protocols for disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and high-traffic areas
- manage proper disposal of waste, including recyclables and hazardous materials, following safety protocols and company regulations
- monitor and restock cleaning supplies to maintain adequate inventory
- identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or equipment malfunctions promptly
- follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and operating cleaning equipment
- assist in additional tasks as required and collaborate with warehouse team members during busy periods or special projects
