Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on call

Job Duties
- Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features
- Ensure a safe and clean-living experience for residents
- Maintain a high-level of customer service
- Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal
