Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Willingness to comply with safety regulations and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Excellent driving record preferred
- Dependable and reliable self-starter
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Ability to work well independently and in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions preferred
Job Duties
- Park and retrieve vehicles for test drives
- Perform vehicle check in and alignment quick checks
- Maintain cleanliness of service department
- Use extreme caution when driving vehicles
- Fuel vehicles as needed
- Washing vehicles as needed
- During the winter months, assist with snow removal from vehicles
- Assist service staff and managers with various tasks as needed
- Provide support to other departments and employees as necessary
- Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with both internal and external customers
