Job Duties
- Transport vehicles safely within the service department
- assist with the organization and cleanliness of the service area
- support service advisors and technicians during vehicle intake and delivery
- maintain communication with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with vehicle pickups and drop-offs
- perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles
- follow all safety protocols and dealership policies
