Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required
- Ability to stand and walk constantly
- Ability to lift and carry 10 to 50 pounds
- Well groomed in accordance with uniform standards
- Ability to work morning shifts from 5am to 10am up to 7 days a week
- Strong physical stamina
- Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment operation is a plus

Job Duties
- Clean grill and fryer every morning
- Deck scrub and clean the entire restaurant floor
- Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately
- Perform small equipment repair as necessary
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly jobs timely and accurately
- Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds
- Put food order away and rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area using first in-first out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates
- Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all restaurant equipment
- Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly
- Opportunity to work lunch shifts for full time status after morning duties are complete
