Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
Ability to safely use landscaping tools and equipment
Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors
Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting
Manage waste removal and recycling
Conduct minor maintenance and repairs as needed
Monitor and report any safety hazards or property damage
Assist with snow removal and seasonal property upkeep
Support the property management team with various tasks to ensure resident satisfaction
