Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in porter or janitorial services preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and safe
Team-oriented with a positive can-do attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as required

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas including walkways parking lots dumpster areas and common spaces
Clean and upkeep amenities such as the pool area fitness center and grilling stations
Assist with light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and reporting maintenance issues
Pressure wash sidewalks and building exteriors as needed
Remove trash and debris from grounds daily
Assist the maintenance team with apartment make-readies and special projects as requested
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and communicate reordering needs
