Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills
- knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- ability to lift and move objects over 100 pounds
- capability to work in various weather conditions and environments
- flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and be on-call for emergencies
- physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills and ability to understand on-site software functions
- knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
- experience in maintenance or related field preferred but not required
Job Duties
- assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance
- responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, and community common areas
- respond to resident and management requests and work orders in a timely manner
- inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions
- assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program
- maintain a well-organized and stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety standards
- participate in unit inspections and report any observed violations of community rules
- utilize property resources economically
- participate in on-call emergency duties at the community
- manage excellent customer service and monitor service request responsiveness
